How to use


1. Wash with mild soap and warm water before first use.

2. Hold both handles and gently place the curved edge at the back of your tongue, as far back as comfortable.

3. Slowly glide the scraper forward toward the tip of your tongue using light pressure.

4. Rinse after each pass and repeat until your tongue feels clean.

5. Wash thoroughly after use and dry completely before storing.
